Olympic Torch Comes To Leicestershire

Sadly I could not watch the torch Process at the top of our road but Mr P took loads of pictures for me to share.

I just love this picture of these old ladies waiting with their blankets and flags.

 And then the young all watching and waiting with such anticipation.

Not sure who is carrying the torch.

What an exciting year we're having in the UK. Roll on the olympics. So on 27th July at around 8pm. We all need to be in front of the TV to watch the opening ceremony. I certainly will be along with a glass of wine and my knitting.
